Biography:
Prof. Wenyong LI has presided over 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 5 projects of Natural Science Foundation of Guangxi Region and scientific research and technology development projects; presided over and completed the development and design of intelligent decision-making system for traffic management of large-scale activities, integrated application system for intelligent management of digital waterways, emergency management platform for urban traffic, digital vehicle management system, etc.; and presided over and completed the integrated traffic system of Guilin City, the comprehensive traffic system of Hezhou City, Guilin City Intelligent Transportation System Program and other transportation planning, design and consulting projects in many cities and municipalities more than 50 items. Research Achievements: He has published nearly 50 papers in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, of which more than 30 are SCI and EI searches. He has obtained 10 invention patents and published 2 monographs and textbooks. Academic part-time job: Expert of "Road Civilization and Smoothness Project" in Guangxi District; Expert of "Emergency Management" in Guangxi District; Member of COTA (Chinese Scholars in the Field of World Transportation).

Jing Hui, male, Doctor of Engineering, researcher, doctoral supervisor. His research interests include new energy vehicles, vehicle dynamics and control, unmanned vehicle and robust control. He has presided over 2 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of Guangxi Natural Science Foundation, 1 project of Guangxi Science and Technology Base and Talent Special Project, 1 project of Guangxi Education Department, 2 projects of Guangxi Key Laboratory of Manufacturing System and Advanced Manufacturing Technology, 1 project of Guangxi Key Laboratory of Unmanned Aircraft Telemetry in Colleges and Universities Open Fund, and participated in 7 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 2 projects of Guangxi Science and Technology Development Project. He has published more than 40 SCI/EI papers, over 1000 citations in Google Scholar, 1 ESI highly cited paper, and 8 invention patents. He has served as an expert in the evaluation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, an expert in the evaluation of the dissertations of postgraduates of the Ministry of Education, an expert in the evaluation of the international journals such as IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, as well as the Dynamic Systems and Control Conference (DSCC), and the International Symposium for the Advancement of Science and Technology. He is a reviewer for IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, and Dynamic Systems and Control Conference (DSCC), American Control Conference (ACC), and other international conferences.

Yi Fan, Professor, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of College of Traffic and Transportation, Nanning University. Master's supervisor, high-level D-category talent of Nanning City, Chief Technician of Nanning City, expert in the Guangxi Science and Technology Expert Database, expert in the Guangxi Standardization Association Expert Database, Guangxi Science Communication Expert, council member of the Guangxi Automobile Engineering Society, council member of the Mechanical Design and Transmission Branch of the Guangxi Mechanical Engineering Society, senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, senior member of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, and member of the Chinese Automotive Engineering Society. Research interests: new energy and intelligent vehicle technology, power machinery and engineering. In recent years, he has undertaken 10 projects including the Guangxi Innovation-Driven Development Special Project, Guangxi Power Equipment "Pioneer" Special Project, Nanning City Outstanding Youth Project, Liuzhou City Major Science and Technology Project, and various enterprise collaborative projects. As the primary contributor, he has received the Third Prize of Nanning Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of Teaching Achievement from Nanning University; his students he supervised have won two silver awards at the regional level of the China International College Students' "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. He has published 15 SCI/EI indexed papers as first author or corresponding author, authored one academic monograph, and is the first inventor authorized for 13 invention patents.
