Prof. Wenyong LI has presided over 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 5 projects of Natural Science Foundation of Guangxi Region and scientific research and technology development projects; presided over and completed the development and design of intelligent decision-making system for traffic management of large-scale activities, integrated application system for intelligent management of digital waterways, emergency management platform for urban traffic, digital vehicle management system, etc.; and presided over and completed the integrated traffic system of Guilin City, the comprehensive traffic system of Hezhou City, Guilin City Intelligent Transportation System Program and other transportation planning, design and consulting projects in many cities and municipalities more than 50 items. Research Achievements: He has published nearly 50 papers in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, of which more than 30 are SCI and EI searches. He has obtained 10 invention patents and published 2 monographs and textbooks. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Law Teik Hua

Dr. Law Teik Hua, currently serving as Associate Professor at the Road Safety Research Centre (RSRC) within the Faculty of Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia, has been at the helm of RSRC since 2015. With a Ph.D. in Road Safety Engineering from Imperial College London in 2009, his expertise spans Road Safety, Public Transportation Analysis, and Traffic Simulation. In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Law has a prolific research record, with 65 published articles in esteemed journals such as Accident Analysis and Prevention, Journal of Safety Research, Transport Policy, Transportation Research Part A, Transportation Research Part D, and Journal of Transport Geography. Furthermore, Dr. Law's impactful contributions have been recognized internationally, earning him grants from prominent organizations including the International Handicap, World Health Organization, and the FIA Foundation. His involvement extends beyond academia, as he actively collaborates with media and has been interviewed over 252 times by both local and international media outlets since 2017. Dr. Law's dedication to road safety initiatives has garnered support from various national and international agencies, including the Ministry of Transport and the Royal Malaysia Police.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. William Chong Woei Fong

William Chong Woei Fong holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which he earned in 2007 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Johor, Malaysia. Subsequently, he pursued further studies, completing his Master of Science in Automotive Product Engineering in 2009 and earning his Ph.D. in Engineering in 2012, both from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. Currently, Dr. William serves as an Associate Professor and Research Fellow at the Automotive Development Centre (ADC) within the School of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at UTM. His research expertise encompasses a wide range of topics, including automotive tribology, the development of biodegradable lubricants, and the study of interfacial phenomena influenced by boundary friction. Notably, he has recently expanded his research portfolio to encompass waste valorization through thermal conversion techniques.
