Dr. Jinsong has been selected as one of the top 2% researchers in the world in 2021 and 2022, and has been selected by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China as a member of the High-end Foreign Experts Introduction Program in 2020 and 2022, and has been selected as one of the top 3 high-level talents in Guilin in 2020, and as a Huawei Pioneer Teacher in 2021, and as a Ministry of Education-Huawei Intelligent Pedestal "Teacher of Pillars" in 2022.

Du Fengming, Ph.D., associate professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral fellow of Marine and Marine Engineering Mobile Station, mainly engaged in transportation engineering, marine engines, and material design. He has won the titles of "Ten Million Talents Project" talents in Liaoning Province, "Dalian Youth Science and Technology Star", "Dalian High-level Talents - Young Talents", and one Liaoning Natural Science Academic Achievement Award. He has presided over one special sub-project of vehicle and ship power of the National Defense Bureau of Science and Industry, one key project of the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation, one joint project of the Liaoning Provincial Shipping Fund, one general project of the China Postdoctoral Fund, one project of the Dalian High-level Talent Innovation Support Program, two special funds for basic scientific research business expenses of the central university, and one horizontal project. He has participated in more than 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the pre-research project of the Ministry of Equipment Development, the project of the National Defense Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry, the high-tech ship project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the horizontal project. More than 50 academic papers have been published, more than 40 have been retrieved by SCI, and 1 invention patent has been authorized. He is senior member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, and the reviewer of Journal of Materials Processing Technology, The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Steel Research International, International Journal of Engine Research and other journals.
Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Azanizawati Ma'aram

Azanizawati Ma’aram is a senior lecturer at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical-Industrial) and Master of Engineering (Advanced Manufacturing Technology) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. She pursued her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) (Management) at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. She has held several positions including Head of Industrial Panel, Postgraduate Coordinator for Master of Science (Industrial Engineering), and Laboratory Coordinator for Industrial Engineering. She is certified as an Engineering Technologist (Ts.) from the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). She is a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and the Board of Engineers (BEM) Malaysia. She has taught courses in industrial engineering, supply chain management (undergraduate and postgraduate levels), engineering management and safety, work design, ergonomics and research methodology. Her research interests include supply chain management, performance measurement, lean manufacturing, sustainability, ergonomics, safety, and medical devices. She is currently active as a Project Leader and a Project Member on numerous research projects and has secured several grants funded by the university, Ministry of Education (MoE) and industrial grants that involve hospitals, industry collaborators as well as international researchers.
